To keep this beautiful culinary memory alive, we have retrieved the traditional recipe, given it a contemporary twist and added it as a small dish to Restaurant Het Hoge Duin's ‘Live Cooking Experience’.
In our Skybar, you are welcome to linger and savour the afterglow of your dinner.Here, we offer an additional range of specialty beers on tap, a rich and distinctive selection of whiskies, and an extensive menu of house-made cocktails. Try our very own signature cocktail, the HD Sunset, inspired by the sunset over the sea that so often bathes our restaurant in a warm orange hue.

Before you dine, you must pay for the dinner buffet at the hotel reception. You will then receive your dinner voucher, which you hand in at the restaurant when the buffet begins. Any drinks you consume can be settled directly in the restaurant.
